Let's Take Flight
On Monday we started our 'Let's Take Flight' intensive learning opportunity. We made passports and set the classroom up like an aircraft after morning tea. The children needed their passport stamped to enter. Once inside, they selected their seat and were offered an inflight snack before take off. We watched a Lego safety video. In the afternoon, we made Delta paper planes and had a "fly off" against the other Year 2 classes. Check out these photo's.

What an exciting time you are having in Room 12. It must have been so much fun setting your room up as an aircraft. What was on the menu for your in flight snack? The photos of your fly off looked great fun.
